In some cases, your order may be delayed due to Public Holidays, non-stock or bad weather conditions.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES for OTT Boxes -

Shipping Method :
We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to SolidTVBox.co.in and check the details of the shipment and courier partner details. Although we always send shipping notifications by email.
You can track your order by tracking number on the courier partner's website. You should track after 12-24 hours after receiving a shipping notification.
Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.
We will ship as per service availability, we cannot accept your customer's choice of courier services.

Delivery Time:

Usually, our all orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
But in some locations, this time maybe 10-15 days due to the service area.
If you have received the wrong or incorrect item from us then you have to inform us within 24-48 hours for complaint booking by email with all the recorded proofs.

Wrong Delivered Items -

If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to a courier mistake then it is our responsibility to deliver you. You can send us an email.
If the order is delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake for example "you have typed the wrong address", or  "provided wrong contact information in order", then we can not help you in this matter. You must double-check your address and contact information while ordering.
you can drop a single email, after that we cannot work on your complaint.

OTT Subscription Pack will be in digital format like Email, Whatsapp or SMS.
For Special request, we can dispatch to OTT Coupon using  courier services.
Once the OTT Coupon code scratched, then it cann't take it back in any condition.
