Cancellation and Refund

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
We are happy to cancel your order if it is not dispatched, For Order Cancellations please contact us via the contact us, or email us at sales@ solid.sale. 
We can not cancel your order if it is already dispatched. But if you force to cancel the order then it may cost you shipping charges. This means in this case shipping charges will not be refunded.
Whenever you are purchasing any technical equipment, you must check compatibility with customer care by email.
If don't know how it works, how to use and whether it will work or not, after purchase and compatibility issues arrive then we can not help with used items. You may get financial losses if purchase without official confirmation.
DISH ANTENNA ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.

Returns Policy:
You have 7 business days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, it must meet the requirements below -
Item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it
Item must be in the original packaging
Must have the receipt or proof of purchase
We can accept returns for exchange, replacement, and servicing only or if the item has a manufacturing defect. (Order cancellation is not allowed, once sold)
You must mention RMA no. top of the parcel. [For example ( RMA#12345), where 12345 is your order no.]
Return pickup is not available in any condition, the buyer has to bear courier charges.
180 Days Return Policy :
We provide a 180-day return policy as product warrantees like set-top boxes. Within 180 days you can send us your box for free repair. One side courier charges will be borne by the customer another side sent by us. Refund is not applicable, only service will be provided for the same product.

Refund Policy -
If you have returned your order for a refund then here are some simple terms and conditions that you need to follow -
We can accept your return for a refund if you are returning your purchased product in the same condition within 48 hours, You must provide Return information by email with the return courier, and its AWB tracking number.
BUT, Return pickup is not available, and The shipping charges will not be refunded, in the case of order cancellation.
Yes, We can accept returns for refunds, in the condition of manufacturing defects only. ( if we are not able to repair or not able to fix the problem or manufacturing defects). 
SO, If you have received a product that has any manufacturing defects, you should inform us within 24-48 business hours from the date of delivery,  After delivery of returned items, we can provide a replacement or refund as point number 3. 
A refund will be provided in the same method as you have paid. we can not refund using other ways.
We can refund if you have transferred directly to our account, in this case, we will issue a cheque for the approved amount.


Delivery of Wrong/Broken/Missing Products -
IF, you have received the wrong product, you should inform us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Return pickup will be provided. You can request for exchange or a full refund in this case. (Required proof of wrong delivery as point number 7)
Remember, Do not accept broken/open parcels from the courier boy, you can reject the delivery, and always open your parcel in front of the mobile camera.
Because, We always require photos and video proof to investigate with the courier company and packing department.
We will not hear any complaint after 24 hours about wrong/incorrect / opened parcel delivery received by you. So you should register a complaint with us within 24 hours by email/Whatsapp only (care@solidtvbox.co.in or Whatsapp (9811266788)).

Return and Refunds for Accessories -
We do not accept returns for remotes, AV or HDMI cables, batteries, or any parts. Because we always send it after testing but still it is dead on arrival we can still replace it provided this case is reported within 24-48 hours, but order cancellation for this reason/ Refunds cannot be made. Kindly note that there is no warranty on LNB, Switches, and dB meters.


Warning: Before dispatching please check all its accessories, your return may be rejected for incorrect return or incomplete accessories dispatched by you. It will be dispatched to you or it will be sent for scrap.


Cashback or Points Terms-
As you know, You will earn 5% cash back on every order if you place an order after registering your account.
Please note this cashback or point can not be transferred back to your account. Because it is a digital point, that can not be converted into money. It can be used only for your next purchase only.
If you have placed an order without registering your account then cashback will not provided.
We don't have any option to credit these points after your order.

FOR OTT SUBSCRIPTION PACKS -
OTT SUBSCRIPTION PACKS will be eligible to refund, only if it it activated by you. If pack is activated then refunded and cancellation will not provided.
